Sweet Blend from Central America and Africa. Great for Sweet Espresso. Coffee beans with a light roast are used to make blonde roast. Blonde roast coffee has actually existed for as long as people have roasted coffee beans and made coffee, but it has only recently emerged as a popular coffee trend.

Although blonde roast coffee beans are not as thoroughly roasted as darker roast coffee beans, a blonde coffee brew will always have a number of distinctive, individual characteristics. Because a light roast coffee bean is more preserved than a darker roast, it doesn’t release nearly as much bitter taste when it’s brewed.

All of our flavored coffees start as specialty grade single origin coffee roasted in small batches to a smooth medium. Each order is then carefully flavored with high quality flavoring oils while still warm.
