Fresh water from the innately irrigated mountain springs in Honduras is used to roast our beans. Rich aroma and taste of cocoa, with a smooth nutty flavour. The medium-roasted organic Honduran coffee has nutty and caramel-like flavours and is smooth, mild, full-bodied, and low in acidity. This coffee is grown at a higher altitude in the Copan region of Honduras, over 4,000 feet above sea level, and is renowned for its flavorful blend of molasses, brown sugar, and cinnamon. For those who want a smooth cup of dark coffee with a wonderful aroma, its distinctive malty taste is ideal!
All of our flavored coffees start as specialty grade single origin coffee roasted in small batches to a smooth medium. Each order is then carefully flavored with high quality flavoring oils while still warm.
